Terms of Service
Quick read before you sign up — here's how using Mom IPTV works.
This page sets out the terms ("Terms") for using the Mom IPTV website at momeiptv.online and our IPTV subscription service. When you sign up, start a trial, or pay for a plan, you're telling us you've read these Terms and you're okay with them.
1. Agreeing to These Terms
Creating an account, kicking off a free trial, or paying for any plan means you accept these Terms together with our Privacy Policy. If any part doesn't sit right with you, please don't use the service.
2. What the Service Is
Mom IPTV gives you access to a hand-picked selection of live TV channels and on-demand video streamed over the internet (the "IPTV service"). It's a paid subscription, and the available plans look like this:
- Monthly, quarterly, semi-annual, and yearly billing cycles.
- 1-screen, 2-screen, and multi-screen connection options.
- A 24-hour free trial — one per account.
Channel lineups, content, and features can change depending on your region and may be updated without prior notice.
3. Setting Up an Account
- You'll need a working email address to register.
- You're the one looking after your login details — keep them private.
- Don't hand your credentials to anyone else. Each subscription is for personal use inside one household.
- You need to be 18 or older (or whatever the legal age is where you live) to subscribe.
4. Acceptable Use
Use the service legally and in a way that respects everyone else. That means you can:
- Watch content on devices you own, for your own personal viewing — not for business.
- Use the service inside your home on however many simultaneous streams your plan allows.
5. What's Off-Limits
Please don't:
- Share, resell, or hand out your account credentials or service access.
- Run bots, scripts, or any kind of automated tooling against the service.
- Try to get around geo-restrictions or any security controls we have in place.
- Record, capture, or store our content with the intent to redistribute it.
- Use the service in a commercial setting (bar, hotel, salon, etc.) without our written go-ahead.
- Do anything that puts unusual strain on our servers or network.
Breaking any of the above results in your account being suspended right away, with no refund.
6. Payments and Billing
- Prices are listed in USD. Sales tax or VAT may be added at checkout where it applies.
- Payments run through trusted third-party processors (Stripe, PayPal, or crypto). Your card details aren't stored on our side.
- Subscriptions auto-renew on the same date each cycle unless you cancel first.
- We'll send a heads-up email before any renewal. Cancelling on time is your call to make.
7. Cancelling
You can cancel whenever you want by reaching out via WhatsApp or through our contact form. The cancellation kicks in at the end of your current billing period, so you'll keep watching until then.
8. Refunds
The full refund details live in our Refund Policy. Short version: there's a 24-hour money-back guarantee on first-time purchases only. Renewals can't be refunded.
9. Service Uptime
We aim for 99.9% uptime, but we can't promise the stream will never blip. We aren't responsible for outages caused by:
- Your home internet or Wi-Fi.
- Planned or emergency maintenance windows.
- Things outside anyone's control (storms, blackouts, network failures, etc.).
- Outages or licensing changes on the channel-provider side.
10. Intellectual Property
Every show, movie, and channel piped through the service belongs to (or is licensed by) the original rights holders. Mom IPTV doesn't own the broadcasts themselves. The site design, code, and Mom IPTV branding, however, are ours.
11. Limitation of Liability
As far as the law allows, Mom IPTV isn't liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses tied to your use of the service. If you ever do have a valid claim under these Terms, the most we'd owe you is whatever you paid for your current subscription period.
12. Indemnification
If a third party comes after Mom IPTV — including its team and partners — because you broke these Terms or misused the service, you agree to cover any resulting claims, damages, or costs.
13. Governing Law
These Terms fall under applicable international commercial law. We'd rather work things out by talking first. If a dispute can't be settled that way, it goes to binding arbitration.
14. Updates to These Terms
We can revise these Terms whenever it's needed. When we do, the "Last updated" date at the top changes. Carrying on with the service after an update means you're okay with the new version.
