We want you to actually enjoy Mom IPTV — not feel stuck with it. This Refund Policy walks you through your options before you pay and after, in plain English. Effective April 27, 2026.
1. Free Trial
Every new viewer gets a 24-hour free trial, and we don't ask for a credit card to set it up. You'll see the full channel lineup and every feature included in the plan you're testing. The trial winds down on its own after 24 hours, and you won't be billed a cent unless you decide to subscribe.

2. Money-Back Promise
Subscribed and changed your mind? You can ask for a full refund within 24 hours of your first payment, for any reason at all.
- Refund requests need to land within 24 hours of your initial payment date.
- The refund covers first-time purchases — renewals aren't included.
- We send the money back to the same payment method you used.
- Banks and processors usually clear it in 3–7 business days, sometimes sooner.
3. How to Ask for a Refund
Pick whichever method's easiest for you:

Drop in the email address you signed up with and the rough date you paid — that's all we need. We'll handle every refund request within 48 hours of getting it.
4. Renewals
Plans renew on their own unless you cancel before the renewal date — that's how subscriptions work, and we like to be upfront about it. Renewal payments aren't refundable, so if you don't want the next cycle to charge, cancel at least 24 hours before the date on your account. Need a hand cancelling? 5. When Refunds Don't Apply
A few situations fall outside our refund window:
- The request comes in more than 24 hours after the first payment.
- The account got suspended for breaking our Terms & Conditions (think credential-sharing or sneaking around region restrictions).
- You've already opened a chargeback with your bank — please talk to us first instead, it's quicker.
6. Technical Trouble
Buffering, missing channels, login glitches? Please ping our team before you ask for a refund. Most issues we see are a five-minute fix on our end. We're around 24/7 over WhatsApp, so don't be shy.
7. Updates to This Policy
We may tweak this Refund Policy from time to time — pricing models change, processors change, life happens. New terms apply from the date we publish them. If you're already a subscriber, you keep the refund rights you signed up with.
